I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Miguel Jusino and his team. Yesterday, I underwent a fairly intricate dental procedure involving the extraction of my upper left first molar, tooth #14, along with a sinus graft and bone augmentation. From the moment you walk into Dr. Jusino’s office, there is an immediate sense of calm, professionalism, efficiency, and genuine concern for the patient. Dr. Jusino and his dental assistant, Luna, work together exceptionally well. Their coordination throughout the procedure was remarkable. The surgery took approximately an hour and a half, and everything went extremely smoothly. I experienced virtually no discomfort during or afterward, and the minimal discomfort I did have was easily controlled with ibuprofen. I had no significant swelling and essentially no postoperative pain. What impressed me equally was the follow-up. The office called me that evening to make sure I was doing well and contacted me again the following day. That level of concern and attentiveness says a great deal about the way this practice treats its patients. Naples periodontal continues to be the gold standard for periodontal care in the region. The staff are courteous, professional, friendly. The level of care is superior. I’ve been a patient at that office for eight years, and Dr. Davis could not have left his practice in better hands. Dr Jusino took the time to carefully explain his findings and his genuine interest in maintaining my health was obvious.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jusino and his entire team. From my very first phone call, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and get me in for an appointment in a timely manner. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The front desk, the clinical assistant, the procedure coordinator, and every member of the staff made the entire experience effortless, welcoming, and highly professional. As a retired maxillofacial prosthodontist who practiced for more than 40 years, I have a deep appreciation for what it takes to build and maintain an outstanding dental practice. Dr. Jusino was exceptionally professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options at a level that reflected my professional background while still communicating with genuine warmth and respect. That level of collegial respect is, unfortunately, becoming increasingly rare, and it was truly refreshing to experience. The office itself is immaculate, modern, and impeccably organized. Dr. Jusino and staff are so kind and pleasant from the time you walk through the door. Recently had a tissue graft where the donor site is on the roof of mouth and transferred to lower teeth. I have to admit, previously heard the procedure would be painful. Dr Jusino and Luna did such a fantastic job! Given a sedative prior to procedure, which made me feel at easy. They constructed a guard to protect roof of mouth that helped with eating afterward and prevented trauma. No bleeding or complication. Everything went so smooth. So very pleased about how it turned out. Highly recommend Dr Jusino and staff especially if you need a tissue graft.

Martha is the best dental hygienist I have ever had. She is always professional and thorough. She makes every visit comfortable. Her attention to detail is exceptional and she truly cares about her patients. I highly recommend her! LKA

Since having my periodontal work there, I Have only used Martha and she is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and makes you feel completely at ease. No one better in my opinion.

Ridiculous but I loved the parking lot which led to their office. The staff was welcoming, I was taken in relatively quickly. Aleen was friendly, professional and efficient! Dr Totsi was too! She explained her findings in an easily understandable fashion. I was very impressed with everything about this office!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Naples Periodontist. From the moment you walk in, the entire staff makes you feel welcomed and cared for. The ladies in the office are incredibly kind, patient, and understanding — especially when it comes to scheduling and accommodating busy families. That level of compassion truly stands out. The doctors are equally exceptional. Their bedside manner is warm, reassuring, and genuinely compassionate — which is so important when it comes to dental procedures. As we get older, concerns about our teeth can feel overwhelming, and having a doctor who takes the time to explain everything and make you feel comfortable makes all the difference. I recently had a gum graft done, and so far my healing has been going well. I’m still in the recovery phase, but I have no complaints. I also have lupus, so inflammation and healing were a concern for me, and they have handled my care thoughtfully and professionally every step of the way. From start to (almost) finish, my experience has been phenomenal. I’m very grateful to have found such a compassionate and skilled team. Highly recommend
